Let us Write History Together: NDC General Secretary for Kpandai Constituency
The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Kpandai Constituency has sent a word of encouragement to his party members ahead of 2024 elections.
In a message delivered to his party members across the constituency on Friday, August 25, 2023, Mr. Nyong Sapaku Robert reignited the calls for action with a collective goal to re-elect the current Member of Parliament, Hon. Daniel Nsala Wakpal and to bring back H.E. John Dramani Mahama as president.
"His dedication to fostering unity among executives, former appointees, and 2019 aspirants has paved the way for a stronger, more cohesive NDC family. In a time when divisiveness threatens the fabric of our society, his commitment to inclusivity and collaboration is a beacon of hope", part of the statement read.
The General Secretary further cautioned the threat posed by a former MP who who "embodies arrogance, divisiveness, and a regrettable streak of tribal bigotry," a path which is not the best for the constituency. "We must rise above such negativity and hold steadfast to our values. We must stand united against such divisive forces", he assured
Mr. Nyong also advised members of the NDC to remember that in the NDC, the strength is in unity, hence the need to put aside all personal differences and past disagreements to work for the collective goal.
"As we look forward to December 7th, 2024, let us fuel our determination with the knowledge that victory is within our reach. The path will not be easy, but with our hearts aligned and our actions synchronized, we can secure not only the constituency seat but also contribute to the triumphant return of John Mahama", he implored.
This call for action require commitment and contribution from all and sundry. Party members, constituency executives, Young Democrats of the party, and all other concerned members of the constituency need to work collectively in order to wrestle power from the current NPP government which has shown it's ability to destroy Ghana's economy in broad daylight.
